It’s that time again.Years wasted(or not?). No, no. Not graduation. It’s General Elections 2014. You get to exercise your right to vote – and, yes, also choose if you continue living in India or pack your bags to fly to Burma, depending who you’ve got your bets on.
At the recently concluded PIG- Politicians In Gathering awards, there were some clear winners and some not-so-clear-but-you-know-everything’s-fixed winners. The starry night ended in a not-so-starry manner. Mr. Kejriwal left the venue fuming as he claimed DMK chief Karunanidhi ate into his footage time by pretending to lose his goggles. Mr. Gandhi was heard excitedly whispering to his mother about finding the escape velocity of moon. Madam Bannerjee was indignant at the organizers for failing to understand her English.
                                                        Desperation.
DISCLAIMER: I, hereby, disclose that these awards were a product of hallucination caused due to the trademark Hyderabadi heat ; as a result of which my already damaged brain (thanks to the NewsHour debate anchored by Arnab Goswami) couldn’t take it any longer.
