Mr. Neil Gogte is the Director and heads the Keshav memorial Institute of technology. He is a Masters Degree holder in Computer Science from IIT - Mumbai and had attained his B.E degree from Osmania University, Hyderabad way back in 1985. He started his career with CMC Ltd., and was part of the development team of OfficeMate, an Office Automation application. He was then part of the team at Sun Microsystems, USA, for the development of SUNRAI, an interface to the backend ERP applications running on IBM systems. Recently, He also headed the Leapstone inc’s India Offshore development center.

Mr. Neil Gogte founded Teleparadigm Networks Ltd in 2001, a public limited and software services provider. The company offers a wide range of services in Telecom Building Practices, Healthcare, Finance and mobile data service based applications. Prior to this, in 1991, He established Genesis Solutions Pvt. Ltd., an IT education and training firm. During this period he offered training and consultancy on various projects involving technologies like C, C++, Oracle, Oracle financials, SAP, Java, Microsoft.NET, J2ME and BREW. Since 1991 till date, He has been a guiding force to number of engineering graduates as well as M.Tech Students and trained more than 50,000+ professionals. He works with engineering students, who join his lab and does a number of developmental and experimental projects along with them every year contributing to development of software and training. He has been a very successful technocrat - entrepreneur in the area of hi-technology training with over 25 years of experience in the IT industry.

A true visionary that he is, the multitude of skill sets that he has been endowed with is what urge the team at KMIT to continue contributing towards the best of engineering education to the society.

Mr.S. Nitin is the Director of Genesis Solutions Pvt. Ltd. He is Bachelors graduate in Electronics & Communications Engineering. Prior to this assignment he worked with various companies in India & Abroad in Senior Sales position. He brings along with him more than 20 years of experience of direct Project & Product Sales in Healthcar and IT Industry.

Dr. A. K. Asthana took charge as Principal, KMIT on 1st July, 2008. He recently retired as Principal of JNTU college of Engineering Kukatpally, Hyderabad on 30th April 2008 after serving JNTU for 37 Years. He belongs to the first batch (1965-70) of the erstwhile Nagarjunasagar Engineering College (presently JNTU / CEH). He passed the 5 years integrated B.E. (Civil) Degree course of Osmania University in First Division with DISTINCTION, standing FIRST in Rank in the Final Year Class.

Dr. A. K. Asthana started his career as an Associate Lecturer in April, 1971 and promoted as Lecturer in April, 1975. He was deputed for Post-Graduate studies to I.I.T., Delhi in 1974. In 1976 he passed M. Tech (Structural Engg) in FIRST CLASS WITH DISTINCTION securing a GGPA of 3.75/4 corresponding to over 90% aggregate. After serving JNTU for 5 more years he was again deputed to I. I. T Delhi for Research studies in 1981. He obtained his Ph. D. Degree from I. I. T. Delhi in 1987, in the field of 3-D earthquake analysis of tall buildings.

Dr. Asthana was promoted as Assistant Professor in Aug’1983 and joined as Professor in Oct’ 1994. During his long service of 37 years in JNTU, he served in several administrative posts like Co-ordinator of Research, Professor in-charge of exams, Head of Civil Engg. Dept., Coordinator of I. C. S., Vice-Principal of JNTU College, Director S.C.D.E., Nodal Officer Exams., Project authority World-Bank Aided TEQIP., Chief Coordinator, I. C. S., and Principal, JNTU College of Engineering, Hyderabd.

In December 2006, Dr. Asthana was awarded "Jewel of India Award" by the Indian Solidarity Council, New Delhi, for his outstanding achievements and Life Time Achievement GOLD MEDAL Award by the International Institute of Education & Management, New Delhi. He was also conferred the "Best Teacher Award" by the Govt. of A.P for the year 2007.

Dr. Asthana has 60 papers to his credit in various Journals / Conferences / Seminars / Workshops , both at National and International levels and has acted as chairman / Co-chairman of Technical sessions. He was the Chief Co-ordinator of M H R D Project, “ CAD of Earthquake Resistant Buildings” He has delivered T. V. talks and expert lectures to field engineers, faculty members and participants of various courses organized by different Colleges / Organizations. He has guided over 40 M. Tech Dissertations apart from many B. Tech Projects. He is guiding Research, He is also a reviewer of Journals.

Sudershan Murthy - B.E (ECE), MBA has around 22 yrs of professional experience in Business Management, Strategic Planning and Project Execution. He started his career in 1987 and has worked with PSI-Bull and Wipro, before joining Genesis group in 1996.

He along with Mr. Neil Gogte was instrumental in starting several state-of art programs like Oracle Applications, Datawarehousing, SAP, Peoplesoft, E-Commerce,..etc which have become flagship courses of Genesis and most sought after by the students.

An evangelist for improving quality and efficiency of business operations, he has extensive and deep contacts with Industry. He forged business realtionships for Genesis with reputed companies like Genpact,Sierra Atlantic, CSC, CMC Ltd, Satyam Computers, Osmania University, Jindal Vijayanagar Steels Limited, Keane India Limited,..etc
