KMIT EVENING-What comes to your mind when you first hear it?
Fun? Festivity? Glee?
Well yes, may be its more than just that. It is the most awaited cultural event of the year, which is a long standing tradition of our institution which takes place in February. It gives students an opportunity (which they seize heartily) to bring into view their talents to people, to show case their forte. Merriment by students includes dancing, singing, acting, any kind of art form. KMIT evening is one such opulent event people look forward to be a part of. Students get so excited just a week before ‘the day’, They just can’t get enough of the frenzied week. It has got many surprises in store for students. Performances by lecturers (lot of hidden talent there), followed by flash mobs, competitions are held. Goodies and prizes are given out to the winners. Apart from participating in the Programme,students also get their hands dirty,organizing and managing the show to make it a success. Alumni of the institution involve themselves too. The event is so fun filled, adrenaline inducing and exhilarating that at the end students cannot help but wonder when will the next one come by, much so like a child counting the days until Christmas.
