When it comes to Recruitments, KMIT goes on challenging itself making new records every year.
Recruitments at KMIT have reached to a whole new level this year. It makes us proud to know that more than 100 students have been placed in Fortune 500 Companies, even before the first semester ended. It’s not just the students, the Recruiters are also appeased by the quality of the students available here in KMIT. They are amazed with the practical and technical learning happening here in the college, so are we.
About the electronic recruitments, Mr.Sudheer Darga, one of the pillars behind recruitments says, “We are planning to place the students in chip-designing companies. From the past 3 years, we have analysed and we are going to start an Electronics Finishing School this year. We are trying to chase down about 10 electronics companies right now, so most likely they would visit KMIT in the next year i.e. 2015″.
When compared to companies like TCS and Infosys, other SMEs are given priority since they involve more technical work and aptitude than attitude. Yes, it was a challenge at first to bring up the recruiters to the campus as KMIT was still in a growing course, yet KMIT has been a challenger to the majority of the reputed colleges in AP when it comes to recruitments. No doubt the college is in one among the 100% job-guaranteed category.
